The Connected Studio
Each Connected Studio is a soundproof hardwall meeting space with classroom seating for 8-64 attendees, and
two video monitors to display PowerPoint slides and the presenter, if he is in a remote location. Webcams in
each studio broadcast streaming video of the presenter and the audience. A browser-based “control panel” is
used to manage slides and webcams. Microphones allow attendees to address questions to a remote presenter.
Each location includes multiple connected studios, private meeting spaces and a cafe. Each meeting site can
accommodate ~500 attendees at a time, and up to 2,500 attendees can flow through during a 12 hour day.
WiFi service is provided throughout.
